Rituals Of Belonging
Practice as Ritual. Community as Medicine. Joy as the Path.
For most of human history, spiritual practice was not a solitary pursuit but a shared rhythm of life—people breathing, moving, and marking time together. In this five-day workshop, we explore how embodied practices such as breath, asana, spontaneous movement, and meditative attention can restore a sense of belonging in ourselves and in community. Through guided practice, dialogue, and ritual exploration, participants will discover how simple gestures of practice can become meaningful rituals that nourish connection, resilience, and joy.
